My family has been taking the gummies or the syrup for the last few months and we haven't gotten sick hardly at all! If we do it's for much shorter and less severity! I LOVE the DIY kit, so I can use local honey. It's so easy to do and it makes your house smell delicious! I tell all my friends and family about it! LOVE LOVE LOVE these products!
